SFI continues to bring improvements to the way we communicate with other members and with the SFI head office.
The latest feature to be added is a new HelpDesk type of communication tool. Now SFI members can request support or make program suggestions by way of the HelpDesk.
It is an internal support system where your request is sent direct to SFI. You can expect a reply within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery of regular email has become very unreliable in recent years. This new support system lets you contact the support department without having to send an email.
A growing number of website program owners now advise their members to NOT use Yahoo or Hotmail. This is simply because these webmail providers have a history of not delivering all the good email to your inbox. Of course there are many other webmail providers whose services are not reliable.
One email service that is being recommended these days is Gmail. You can sign up for Gmail after opening a member account with Google.
You can find the new SFI HelpDesk system inside your affiliate members area. Why not give this new system a try and see if you like it? If your question requires a speedy reply you can ask the support department to phone you back.
