Lynn and I are really all about maintaining ones health and well being through proper eating and weight management. The note below came back to me through a social networking site and it prompted me to share it with you!!

--- Here’s this guy’s response to a simple request to listen to a short CD to help build his business. ---

Jack (not his real name)

--- That was it. Here’s my response to him. ---

Hi Jack,

No problem. With all that you have going on I guess it's understandable. The home owners must be all over your backside to sell, sell, sell and at my price or better. Ouch! We're stuck with our home here in Miami until the eco shifts.

As far as the emails go when I get over 200 to deal with my stomach starts to cramp. I like to manage the quality of my leads and, of course, the percentage that are converting. Different philosophies, I guess.

The reason I am in network marketing, besides reducing my j.o.b. stress and enjoying the remainder of life, is to fund teaching our low glycemic weight management and healthy eating class. Those who have taken it have ALL had very positive results and my wife and I are passionate about it. http://fat2lean.net

Hope we can keep in touch. Be sure to take care of your health and get that stress level down. Work stress, to the degree you appear to have it, produces free radicals and without a good antioxidant your body is going to "rust" or worse. ;-)

Our best thoughts,

RICK

I certainly hope he gets the point. Seems that his life is frantic and completely stressed out and frankly not the way any of us should have to live. NO business is worth sacrificing your health over.

It's vitally important to reduce the oxidizing effects that stress and free radicals have on your body and your health. Let's talk.

I was like "Jack" once.

I was too busy being busy and broke to even consider making time to be wealthy and healthy.

Thankfully, I came to my senses!

If you are too busy and too stressed and too *whatever* that is an excellent signal that you are not doing the right things in life, business or health.  Get a check up from the neck up... that's what kicked me into reality.
