There are literally tens of thousands of free ad sites on the internet today and if you're innovative you will find them offline as well. Simply do a search for free advertising and you'll be busy for awhile...but before you rush off and start posting, here's a little advice that may help..."up your odds" of success.

    First locate the sites that offer free posting and make sure that you bookmark those that you like.  Some are a little more user friendly then others. When you do find the ones you like don't overdo it.  Few if any sites will allow you to repeatedly post the same ad over and over. It doesn't look professional on you or them; right? So lets not get tooo lazy.  In fact if you're the lazy sort, you're probably barking up the wrong tree anyways.  To be successful with posting free advertising you will probably have to do allot of posting.  However,  thats even more reason to listen up [If you're serious and not afraid to do a little work.] I'll save you some grief.

As I said first locate some sites (the more the better.) and make sure that you bookmark them  in their own  folder, so that you can  easily reference them any time. Then come up with a good ad.  The title is most and critically important, because thats your chance to capture peoples attention. If you're not sure what will work, simply look at what others are saying to capture your attention. If it catches your eye it will probably capture someone elses; right?

Now don't do what most do and start writing an ad for one site and then formulating another and then another and another....You will waste valuable time.  Simply type a good ad for "the day" and start posting on all your sites that you've saved in your favourites.  As I said earlier, most sites won't allow you to do duplicate ads, so use the same ad but post it to a different site.  Copy/Paste Copy/Paste Copy/Paste.....This will save you a ton of time and money.

    Of course one of the most user friendly and versatile sites is AdlandPro and another that I use and highly recommend is Direct Matches.  They both offer free classifieds and they're both very user friendly as well as both being very active social networks that you can upgrade for additional features if you like. Another up and coming site, thats not free but it is very inexpensive for what you get is a site called Giblink.  They offer all members the ability to not only advertise but to share in their monthly profits each and every month. And the way it's been growing your advertising will be free soon enough. (<:

    There are thousands of others.  Trust me you'll have no trouble keeping busy. Oh and by the way, don't dismay, if you don't get hits right away.  Just think about the thousands that are spending a fortune on paid methods to advertise their businesses , but they're not guaranteed either and often their advertising is like throwing money into the breeze; never to be seen again. The general rule is if you have more time then money...use at least some form of free advertising. Also make sure, where possible renew your ads to get better placement.

    Some sites even offer you bulk renewals.  Why not use it? Another little trick is do a quick modification to your active ads which will serve to get them better placement...at least until you can afford to upgrade and or pay for better placement.
