Live Webinar Today!

How to Build a Bigger Prospects List With Twitter.

We're holding a Webinar on Twitter this weekend.

This will be the first in a series of courses on using Twitter to build an audience.

By now you know that the first order of business is to build your audience.

Then 'stay in front' of that audience to brand yourself and provide information they are interested in.

That's how you build trust with prospects, and are given the opportunity to place your offers (your opportunity, product, etc) in front of your potential customers and prospects continuously.

That's the basis of attraction marketing, as taught step-by-step at Renegade University.

On this Saturday, August 9th, at 1 PM PT (4 EST) we'll share another great way to build your audience using Twitter.

This is a free Webinar.  Feel free to share this link with others.

If you can't click on that link copy and paste this address in your web browser:

Are you ready to pull your hair out because you can't figure out why your visitors don't opt-in to your site, take action after watching your YouTube videos, and just  plain outright ignore you?

Then rest assured that it's something that you can fix.

It's either something you're saying that's turning them off to you, or you're just not turning them on.

You have to learn how to speak the "language" of your prospects.

It's a skill that takes time to develop.

Copywriting
is that over-looked aspect that people either don't understand or just plain ignore because they think it's not important.

I think of copywriting as using words to compel your prospects/visitors to take the desired action.

Copywriting is everything, as is the words you say.

You use words to sell yourself in your videos, in your articles, on your website, in your ads, in your podcasts, in your profiles at social networking sites, and everywhere else in between.

I admit this area is not my strength.

And it may not be yours.

But it has to be something that you're striving to get better at or you're going to have a tough time getting people to respond to you.

The fact of the matter is that you can have ten or twenty website pages on the first page of Google and have over 30 videos on YouTube and still not get any significant amount of traffic or opt-ins...if people don't like what you're saying.

Attraction marketing
to me is not just about putting your links all over the Internet hoping someone will click it, but about building a better you that makes people more attracted to you.

And that can be only done when you start speaking the words your prospects wants to hear; i.e. How can you solve my problem?

You answer that question in the words you write and the words you say.

That's attraction marketing.

You either begin learn this now or you'll be pulling even more of your hair out a year from now.

Trust me on this one.

Corrisa:-)
If you're not moving closer to leadership, then you're moving further away from success.

When you're moving towards leadership:

  • You have people calling you up wanting more of what you ARE...which then leads them to what you HAVE
  • People give you money without you having to ask for it
  • You take charge in your business without waiting for your upline to "go first"
  • People start to trust you more
  • You stand out in a crowd of marketers that scream "join me, join me!!"
  • You start to really understand your prospects and how they "think"
  • You are not the same person you were 6 months ago

It's no secret that many network marketers have trouble making money in their busines, let alone sponsoring enough people to make it happen.

I've done a semi-review of something that may can help you.

I say may because it's not for everybody.

At the very least get the Free training videos while they sitll offering them.

Corrisa;-)
You've done it all.

You've spent hours and hours placing free classifieds all over the net, but no one's even responding.

You've got the blog put up because they say you can attract a lot of people that way.

But no one's showed up yet.

You went out and placed videos on YouTube.

No one's watching them.

No one visits your website after watching your videos.

I guess by now you know that you can't just throw up a video expect orders to come rolling in.

But...

Some people can.

Marketing is just one of those funny things that is hit or miss.

Unfortunately, most people have a lot more misses than hits.

Ouch!

No one bothered to tell you this before.

After all the frustration and wasted time.

You see...

Just the act of doing something -doesn't guarantee success...

It's the doing of something in a certain way.

So, if you want to move people and create a network marketing mob, you have to be a Gladiator.

What?

Once you learn this, it will all make sense.

I can show you the best company, the best compensation plan, the best product, the best marketing system, the best social marketing sites...but will that drive YOU to succeed?

I just sometimes can't understand it. Maybe i'm just wired differently.

I've been told that i'm "odd."

I've been trying to figure out if that's a good thing or bad thing.

A post on another forum prompted this...

Here is goes...

If you're in company "A", and you just can't seem to get yourself going; you can't get motivated enough to have any measurable success, is it that:

A. You haven't found the right business that makes you passionate
B. There's something internally mis-aligned with you
C. You're not cut-out for a business

My instinct, and what I've studied about human behavior is that it's most likely "B"...not that "A" couldn't play a part.

I think a lot of people waste a lot of time searching for something externally to make them passionate...a la the perfect company, the perfect product, etc...

I say use logic and business sense to pick a business that you believe in.

Be driven and passionate about changing your life and your family's life.

For example: provide more vacations, a better home, get rid of that second mortgage, take care of sick relatives etc...

Whatever it is for you.

Also, what about a sense of accomplishment? Would that motivate you?

If you can't find your passion and drive into doing all those things, how in the heck are you expecting to find passion anywhere else?

So, if those things don't drive you, would you say that you need to look further into yourself as to why?

Fear of failure. Fear of success. You don't think you're good enough. And so forth.

Or would you look into another company that will hopefully make you passionate enough to make you want to work your business?

I guess you know by now how I feel.

What are your thoughts?

and why you'll continue to fail.

BUT, most importantly what YOU can do about it.

If you're struggling to figure out network marketing...

If you have failed at building a successful home business...

If you can't keep up with your autoship and your business expenses...

This very well may be why...

And if you have succeeded...

Toinight's call will show you why you have a whole crew of GREAT PEOPLE who just can't duplicate and break out into profit.

One of my good buddies, Diane Hochman, is hosting.

Here's a quick 2 min audio of her here or you can Google her.

MLM Training

With so many network marketing trainings and trainers to choose from, how do you decide?

P. T. Barnum once said "there's a sucker born every minute." Well, in network marketing, it seems like there's a marketing system or trainer born every minute!

If you plan to make network marketing your livelihood, then it's to your benefit to do your due diligence and find the network marketing training that's going to take you to the next level in your business.

How to Choose a Trainer

When it comes to choosing what kind of training to follow or marketing system to use, you want to look at the person behind the training/system. What's their history? Do they have any experience in network marketing-past or present?

So, in a nutshell, you want to look at the credibility of the person behind the training.

The second important thing you'll want to pay attention to is the material they're teaching you. Are they teaching you about offline/online marketing techniques? Downline-building techniques? Lead generation techniques?

Network marketing training can incorporate some or all of those, but there should be a component of personal development thrown in.

The reason being is that most entrepreneurs coming into the home business industry are coming from the job sector.

Entrepreneurs and employees don't think alike, not to mention there are many ups and downs and risks in business that you just don't find in a job.

Your strong mindset will be the thing that will carry you through.

In addition to knowing what you'll be taught by the network marketing trainer, you must find out if what they teach has been implemented by others successfully. You should be ready to incorporate what it is they're teaching you, or else you've just wasted your money.

What Kind of Learner Are You?

The next thing you'll want to know is how the trainer is going to deliver the training to you. Are they giving you your training via e-books, training calls, website, emails, webinars, or real physical products?

How best do you learn? You'll want to make sure the trainer offers the medium in which you best learn…whether it's audios, videos, books, etc.

Can You Make Money on Your Referrals?

The last thing you'll want to know about the network marketing training is if there's an affiliate program or marketing system attached to it; if you find benefit in the training you got, then you'll want to share and tell others about it and be rewarded for doing so.

Choosing a network marketing training program isn't as cut and dry as you probably thought, but with the right criteria as a starting point, it makes choosing the right one that much easier.

Corrisa Malone is a home based business entrepreneur.

I was on an popular website that allows you to buld web pages around specific topics of interest, when lo and behold I see the well-known name of a marketing system.

I look carefully at the webpage, and noticed that it's a site bashing a particular marketing system.

The guy that put up this ill-informed webpage is no marketer and definitely not a business guy by any stretch of the imagination.

What's his beef?

He's miffed that there are so many people from this particular marketing system putting up web pages promoting this marketing system; or as he puts it, they just create spam pages.

He goes on to say that all this marketing system does is teach people to make these spam sites and get rich off other people.

He's not an Internet marketer and doesn't know didley squat about the marketing system in question and really doesn't get it.

And yet he says: "No. You don't need to actually bite into a sh*t sandwich to make a pretty good guess at its contents."

I guess he likes to flaunt his ignorance out in public.

My response to him was pretty much a simple one. XYZ doesn’t teach people to go out and make spam sites. It teaches them where to put their content, but not what to write.

But he does have some valid points.

Some people write an ad, when they should be writing an article that informs and educates

When you create content, web pages, or submit stories, especially on social sites, you want to make sure your content doesn’t come off as an ad.

If you were on our Facebook for Morons webinar, then you remember those examples we presented.

For the large part, most social networking sites, except the ones that are geared toward markers, hate self-promoting marketers.

This guy took it to the extreme to make an entire web page on how much he hates xyz marketing system members that put up "spammy sites."

He even mentioned he hated marketers for ruining Craigslist!

But there is one thing for certain...

A lot of people join marketing systems hoping for a "quick fix."

Most of these people won’t go on to have any great success with marketing systems because they lack the one ingredient that ties it all together. And most systems don't teach what it is you need.

Attraction marketing is all about getting prospects to come to you.

If it was as simple as putting up content sites, videos, and posting links everywhere, then there would be millionaires overnight in this industry.

Of course there’s more to it than that.

If you've ever struggled to get trafic to your website, or if you've wracked your brain as to how to get the "right" kinds of people to your site, you're really gonna love this Free open to the public Webinar that takes place today!

Are you a people person? Do you understand people?

I've found that when you understand the reasons behind people's behavior, (what motivates them, what they avoid etc...), it helps you connect with them better.

I'm sure you agree too.

And since we're in the people business, it's going to be to your advantage to learn about people to help you market better.

This brings me to this recording I heard a couple of years back by a man named Earl Nightingale.

That name may ring a bell with you.

He recorded something called The Strangest Secret.

It was so good that he got the first gold record for an audio recording.

It really inspired Mark Victor Hansen (co-author of Chicken Soup For the Soul).

What is the Strangest Secret?

You can listen to it  here

When you really get people, I mean really get people, you will find your marketing will become easier to do.

Listen to it and become inspired and you will learn a thing or two about people's behavior.

The Strangest Secret

I hope you enjoy it!

Do your emotions about your business change day to day or even hour to hour?

Have you ever:

Placed an ad you thought would work, but got little response?

Sponsored a super star who told you they were going to recruit a lot of people for you and make you a lot of money, but turned up in the Witness Protection program i.e. they disappeared never to be heard from again?

Anticipated getting a lot of opt-ins on this fantastic Adwords campaign you were running, but instead lost your “shirt”...and your pants too?

Gotten so frustrated because you couldn’t figure out this Internet marketing thingy?

Those are the ups and downs of any kind of business. I say "ups" because you should have learned something from your mistakes, if not then you truly have failed.

Nevertheless, you should not let your emotions get the best of you...good or bad.

If every time you get an opt-in into your website you want to break out the champagne glasses, then maybe you're taking it too far in the other direction.

I think it’s the extreme ends of the spectrums where people have the most challenges.

I remember hearing the story of a famous coach, I can’t remember who, but he said to his players, when someone walks into the locker room after a game, they shouldn’t be able to tell if you won or loss.

That was profound.

No one wants to ride an emotional roller coaster of their business...everyday.

That gets too exhausting.

It can lead to anger, frustration, and anxiety about your business, not to mention self-doubt about you and your capabilities.

You have to nip it in the bud.

If you sponsor what you think is going to be a power house into your business, before you go and do the happy dance, just be even keeled and see what they’re going to do.

If you only got 1 opt-in today to your website, where you used to get 20 a day, find joy in satisfaction in that one opt-in; be grateful for what you have.

There are people who would be grateful to get just one opt-in a week. There’s always someone else who is worse off than you.

If you can’t seem to get this internet marketing stuff, just break it down into small manageable pieces so you can understand it.

Sometimes you need to take a breath, meditate, look at your goals, or take a short break and then come back to to your task at hand.

Tell yourself that you will control your emotions about your business.

When you get off the MLM emotional roller, issues that before would cripple you have lost their power over you.

I seen this great article on ALP, and it makes you think "where have we gone wrong!"

Are you out for helping people which in turn will help yourself, or are you only out for yourself?

If you're struggling, you may want to rethink your philosophy.

Here's part of the article....

Internet marketers are busy today building their “lists”. Even in our ALP here, I find friends’ team with more than 6000 people in their groups. Now the big question; What is the true purpose of building this large group of friends?...Read more here

is fail repeatedly.

As silly as it sounds, you're really training your mind to expect failure every time you start a new program.

You're defeated before you even get a chance to start.

Failure begets failure begets failure.

This is why you seem to be going in circles jumping in and out of programs trying find the one that works for you.

When in reality it's not the program, but you.

Unless you change...change your mindset, your thinking, you will always entertain failure. It's not a pretty place to be in.

The way out is taking the first steps and deciding that you've had enough of the yo-yo join, quit, join quit regimen.

Start doing what you say you will. If you say you're going to place 10 ads today, make sure you place 10. If you say you're going to call 10 people, then do it.

The worst thing is to lose credibility with yourself. This is the first place failure starts to rear it's ugly head.

When you lack credibility is shows in everything you do; your marketing, the ads you put out; it just seeps from your pores.

You begin to repel people and this is the reason why.

Decide today if you've had enough.
